I started managing and leading others in graduate school, even before starting my first career! I volunteered as a committee member for a national student organization, where I managed monthly conference calls and delegated projects to committee members 

Since I graduated, I have worked in multiple education jobs requiring strong project management skills.

• I managed approximately 100 students across 21 different schools in a large urban city, ensuring documentation and evaluations were completed on time for meetings.

• I also managed approximately 85 students across 10 different school districts in a small state and ensured I was available to consult and train staff when needed.
